Hello, I'm Cameron.

Cameron Murray is our Director at Highlander Group. He comes to us originally from Anchorage, Alaska (we know what a trip!). He graduated from their university with both his BA and MFA. When he lived in New Hampshire for a little while, he fell in love with the seasons so he made his move to officially live in the New England area. In his free time, he writes short fiction for literary magazines as a hobby and he enjoys watching all the Boston sports he can.

Hello, I'm Alex.

Alex Turoski is our Creative Director. She graduated from SUNY Oswego in New York with a double major in Marketing and Graphic Design within her four years. Since middle school she's always answered the question, "What do you want to be when you grow up?" with, "I want to be a boss." While she has fun doing anything ~creative~ for Highlander Group, she also does other hustles on the side that she's passionate about. Her goal one day is to make one of those other passions officially her career for the rest of her life. For fun, Alex enjoys working out, sports, painting, baking/cooking, and having a good time with her friends and family. She always makes sure to find the time for anything and anyone she loves.

Pro Tip: Self reflection is huge. Always be evaluating what your strengths, improvements and motivations are, and they're always changing as you grow in any position, so keep tabs on that.

Hello, I'm Frances.

Frances Flynn is our Recruiting Coordinator and HR. She loves leveraging her creative background and entrepreneurial spirit with Highlander Group. She's a graduate of The Rhode Island School of Design, her passion for self-started ventures, honed through experiences in event photography and apparel design, led her to pursue business ownership within a structured environment. Committed to achieving financial stability and early retirement, Frances applies her diverse skill set to contribute to the growth and success of her career trajectory within the organization. On the side for fun, she loves going to concerts featuring up-and-coming artists, hiking, reading and indulging in her wide range of art hobbies.

Pro Tip: Don't be hard on yourself. Focus on the small and big wins, and convert fails into learning experiences and opportunities.

Hello, I'm Mason.

Mason Baral is one of our Team Lead's. He graduated from York St John with a degree in Sports and Exercise Science. He originally wanted to be a professional soccer player but when he got injured in a game in England, he chose to get into business. He thought, "Sales is the backbone to any business so I want to master it." A couple things that got him excited about the business was the opportunity for massive growth and getting him out of his comfort zone. We all know that's what helps you develop into the person you're meant to be. He would love to own his own company one day, become a National Director and get his own place in the near future. In his free time, Mason enjoys playing soccer on the side, going out with friends, playing video games, cooking and quiet time reading a good book.

Pro Tip: Drop your ego at the door. Absorb everything and anything no matter what your past experience is. Your goal is to perfect the opportunity. Network like crazy and use your resources. Give everything you try your all to see what you can learn about yourself.
